Oversight of a comprehensive, organised clinical documentation system ?	Leading research and development activity ?	Ensuring that appropriate protocols and clinical practice guidelines are documented and regularly reviewed. ?	Active involvement in training of medical students attending. ?	Encouraging the development of the other staff to acquire skills in teaching roles ?	Input into planning of training sessions and curriculum development ?	Contributing to interdisciplinary teaching opportunities ?	Developing professional relationships with other education providers  ?	Maintain an effective ongoing professional relationship with the District Health Board, and the Planning Funding and Performance division. ?
