We are seeking a Clinical Leader who values the importance of companionship and providing care to people, regardless of their age or stage, to join this great team in an aged care facility in Nelson

You will have:

* RN with sound clinical management experience
* Proven leadership and training qualities
* Excellent communication and problem solving ability
* Goal setting and time management skills
* Commitment to excellent service delivery

As part of the Facility Management Team, you will work very closely with the Facility Manager, and will be responsible for providing the best clinical practice achievable. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering a good mix of administrative and hands on work. There is a component of on-call shared with the Manager.
